MGS tech was started by Matt Stroud in August of 2006. He was on a dive trip in Mexico where he met two firefighters from Oklahoma. While discussing the subject of Hybrid vehicle safety, they voiced concerns regarding their lack of knowledge & training about these vehicles.
Since that time, Matt has made it his mission to inform & teach emergency responders to safely manage hybrid vehicle accident scenes.
Bringing on Walt Ducoing, a long time co-worker and friend, the process of developing a comprehensive Hybrid response guide (HRG) began.
